Our ESG Commitment
With the continued global spotlight on the critical issues of climate change, resource depletion, biodiversity loss and corporate social responsibility, we recognise the importance of understanding and acting on our material impacts, risks, and opportunities.
We are committed to running a sustainable business through ensuring that we keep abreast of changing ESG requirements and adapting accordingly.
Our ESG Policy is based on three principles:
People and Clients: we aim to do our best to ensure that we respect and protect the communities in which we conduct our operations and will strive to enhance them.
Planet: posing as our biggest risk in terms of potential negative impacts to the environment, due the number of resources used during event planning, we aim to take proactive measures to ensure that we minimise our impact on the environment and mitigate for any anticipated future risk to ensure the longevity of our business and the wellbeing of our planet.
Practices: we aim to implement a rigorous governance structure that ensures that our planet, clients, employees, contractors, and communities are placed at the heart of our operations.

Environmental:
We are committed to minimising our environmental footprint by reducing energy consumption, water usage, and waste generation through efficient practices. At Planit we value circularity and have implemented a rigorous system to ensure that all props used in events are multi use and are reused to make other props at end of life. We are committed to doing all we can to protect and enhance the biodiversity of the areas in which we host events by ensuring that our operations have the least possible detrimental effect on the environment. We are working to ensure we have a net positive impact on our ecosystems by 2030 in line with the 30 by 30 agreement and aim to regularly monitor and measure our environmental performance, set targets, and track progress to continuously improve our sustainability performance.
Social:
We aim to foster an environment that values and nurtures the unique talents of our employees with diverse backgrounds within a culture of inclusivity. By working with event vendors who are locally based and adhere to sustainable event best practices, we aim to enrich our local communities. We are committed to cultivating and empowering change by building an inclusive and diverse space. We are also striving to add positive value to the community around us by implementing policies that ensure we give back to our local communities, without which we would not be able to operate.
Governance:
Good governance is fundamental to any business, and we understand that our business cannot thrive without paying attention to our compliance obligations. We intend to be fully transparent in identifying and communicating areas in which our operations may pose risks to the environment and be proactive in mitigating such risks.
